Timmons Engineering Software Warranty and License Agreement:
CAREFULLY
READ ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT
LISTED BELOW PRIOR
TO THE USE OF THE TEMPLATES, SOFTWARE OR MACROS.
THE USE OF THESE
PRODUCTS INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE
TERMS AND
CONDITIONS.
1. You have the non-exclusive right to use the
purchased software. Use of the original software
is limited to a single
computer. You may physically transfer the software from one computer to
another provided use is on only one computer at any one time.
2. Purchaser has the right to modify the templates to include
company name, technical information,
etc. as long as condition 1. above
is followed for these modifications.
3. These templates may be
modified by the purchaser to generate more complex templates or
templates better suited to the work of the purchaser. These modified
templates may not be marketed
or used outside of the original licensed
location. Such modified templates may be used on other
computers
within the licensed location (one physical address only).
4. The
purchaser may make one copy of the original software disks for backup or
archival purposes.
5. The templates, macros or software are
provided as is without warranty of any uses you make of
the products.
The suitability of these products for any application must be determined
by you and any
risks resulting from the use must be assumed by you as
allowed by law.
6. Timmons Engineering Software warrants, to the
original licensee, that the disks on which the template,
macro or
software is provided shall be free from defects in materials and
workmanship under normal use
and service for a period of 90 days from
the date of delivery.
Additional licenses may be
purchased for multiple computer use. Please call or e-mail with any
questions.
